Do I need dance experience?

No! BALKANA Fitness is designed for all experience levels. Whether you've never danced before or have years of experience, our classes are easy to follow and welcoming to everyone!

What kind of music is played in class?

Balkan, Euro-pop/EDM, creating a unique and energetic fitness experience unlike traditional dance fitness classes.

What should I bring to class?

Wear comfortable workout clothes, supportive athletic shoes, and bring a bottle of water. if you sign up for a dumbbell class, bring whatever size dumbbells you'd like. If signing up for a belly dance class, don't forget your hip scarf! But most importantly, bring your energy and be ready to have fun!

Is BALKANA Fitness suitable for beginners?

Yes! Classes are beginner-friendly, and participants are encouraged to move at their own pace. The goal is to have fun while improving fitness and confidence.

How do I reserve my spot?

You can reserve your spot throughout online booking page. Space may be limited depending on the class location, so advance registration in recommended.

BALKANA Fitness is led by Tatiana. A Certified Dance Fitness Instructor and founder of BALKANA, bringing together a passion for movement, culture, music, and community.
